Send a few people from the room. Prepare two bowls: one with the bottom blackened with a flame, the other with the bottom clean. Bring one person in at a time. Tell him/her to keep his eyes on you at all times and to do exactly as you do. Make a few movements and then give him/her the blackened bowl. Rub your hand on the bottom of your bowl and mark your face. When he/she does this they will be marking their face black. Give them a mirror.
Walking Alphabet
Divide a large group into two teams and pin a letter of the alphabet on the front of every person. Give each side the same letters and have them stand away from each other. A bible question is then asked that can be answered with the spelling of one or two words. The team that spells it first, by aligning their letters in correct order, gets ten points. Should a team misspell or give a wrong answer, deduct five points from their score.
